Embroidered & Printed items :-

We are unable to offer return or exchange on product that has been embroidered or printed, we ask that you make your selection carefully to avoid disappointment.

Unembroidered items & footwear follow the same returns policy as schoolwear :-

School Wear Returns & Exchanges :-

We accept refund/exchange requests on schoolwear within 7 days of you receiving your order.

We ask that the following requirements are met :

• Proof of purchase (receipt)
• Items must be in original brand new condition with all tags remaining in place
• Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way

Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.
